Don’t blame God for power emergency

This administration and many of its officials may be corrupt to the core but they cannot be that incompetent. The crisis potential of the heavily hydro dependent Mindanao Grid was too obvious to miss. Besides, past droughts have already given us an idea of the problem. And we have noted that problem in the energy plans before EDSA 1 and proposed plans to deal with it. How come they did nothing anyway?

Never mind the government officials… maybe the energy officials of this administration are truly clueless about their jobs. But what about the private sector cronies of Ate Glue who are into power and are competitive enough to use their closeness to Malacañang to advantage.
