“Masamang-masama ang loob ng daddy ko. He was given all the best, better than all the children. Basta na lang umalis. Walang kinalaman si GMA (President Arroyo). Lumaki ang ulo eh. Kailangan niyang bumaba,” [Lisa Cojuangco Cruz] told ABS-CBN News.
She added though that the ongoing squabble does not affect the younger generation of Cojuangcos.
Last month, Danding’s wife, Gretchen, told reporters that her husband would support any candidate except for Teodoro. (Read: Anybody but Gibo, says Danding’s wife)

Rep. Villar for Gibo if husband not in race
MANILA, Philippines – Las Piñas Rep. Cynthia Villar would go for Gilbert Teodoro if her husband, Nacionalista Party standard-bearer Manuel Villar Jr., was not running in the May 10 elections.”Maybe Gibo [because] he is better than the others,” Mrs. Villar said when asked by ANC’s Headstart host Karen Davila who she will vote for if her husband was not running for president.Aside from her opinion that Teodoro was better than the others, Mrs. Villar said she likes Teodoro because the Lakas-Kampi-CMD standard-bearer is “campaigning in a more professional level.”Unlike other presidential contenders, Teodoro has remained silent on the controversies being faced by Villar. He has also been praised for his straightforward answers in presidential forums that he has attended.

‘No P1-B offer to Jamby’
MANILA, Philippines – “You don’t throw away P1 billion and we cannot afford it really.”
This was Las Piñas City Rep. Cynthia Villar’s reaction to the claim of independent presidential candidate Jamby Madrigal that she received a P1 billion bribe offer from Villar’s husband, Nacionalista Party standard-bearer Manny Villar.
Madrigal said an emissary of Villar approached her last year and asked her to withdraw her ethics complaint on the C-5 “double insertion” controversy against Villar in exchange for P1 billion.
