Why Gibo TV ads haven’t been seen

Posted by akosistella on March 17, 2010

THE presidential political adviser yesterday gave a good excuse on why Filipino viewers have not seen any TV advertisements of the national candidates of the administration party Lakas-Kampi-CMD.

Prospero Pichay Jr. Pichay said the ruling party is “pacing” its resources to accommodate also its local candidates.

“We have to bear in mind that we are running a big machinery that’s around 80 percent of all the provinces and districts and cities (where) we have candidates. So we really have to pace our logistics. We cannot just spend money left and right,” he said.
