Bong Revilla tops senatorial survey

MANILA, Philippines – Sen. Ramon Revilla Jr. continues to dominate the senatorial race, topping the latest survey conducted by the Social Weather Stations (SWS).
The SWS survey, conducted from March 19 to 22, showed Revilla leading all senatorial candidates with 53 percent, closely followed by Sen. Jinggoy Estrada with 52 percent.
Coming in third is Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago with 44 percent; followed by Sen. Pia Cayetano with 42 percent.
Sen. Franklin Drilon landed fifth with 36 percent; followed by Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile with 35 percent.
Former senator Vicente Sotto III got 33 percent; followed by former National Economic and Development Authority director general Ralph Recto and Ilocos Norte Rep. Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., with 30 percent each.
